Our backgrounds in small and medium sized businesses have taught us many things that seem to evade large marketing agencies:

• Literature needs to sell product – no airy fairy, cryptic ad campaigns from us!
• Not every business has £500,000 (or even a tenth of that) to spend on marketing
• Not every business owner is familiar with ecommerce, online marketing, search engines or how creative print can be.
